Flickr is my new favorite photo service. I'm hoping they add print capabilities very soon. They have a very cool tagging system, which you might be able to discern from the screenshot below. Of course, cat pix dominate my profile. Can't fight the cliché.

Another cool feature, which readers of my RSS feed will see (hi guys!), is the "splicing" of my flickr photos into my blog feed, despite the fact that I'm not actually posting the photos to my blog. Wow, does that mean less cat photos for casual web readers? Only time will tell....
Of course, you could just bookmark this page.

The Kid in the Hall is the best thing to happen to Celebrity Poker Showdown since, well, erm, okay, he's the only good thing about Celebrity Poker Showdown. And this proves it:
Cingular Wireless is folding its hand. Since the premiere last year of Bravo's "Celebrity Poker Showdown," in which actors, musicians and athletes play cards on television for charity, Cingular Wireless has been one of the biggest sponsors of the cable program and also funded the $250,000 prize pool.
But when the tequila started to flow on the set and the talk got a little racy in recent episodes, Cingular backed away from the table. The wireless company said it was yanking its sponsorship of the program, effective with Thursday's show. Although Cingular had no problem with the gambling elements, it was shocked - shocked - to find the kind of drinking and trash-talking that generally go hand in hand with poker.

The Nugget is coming back. I know, I know, I've said it before. We've got a whole new section, Nugget Links, which are just sites of interest, quicker than full-blown nuggets, and updated more often. You can also see them on the front page, in the sidebar. Plus, I've added a Food category. Look for more cookbooks, shows, ingredients, etc.. There's also a cool way to view the archives, showing all the entries for a given month on one page. It's a little hard to find right now -- you click on "Nugget Archives" then "Full Archives" and then, in the main body of the archives, you click on a month heading. I'll make the navigation easier when the archives start to fill up again. Finally, in order to make that happen, I'm making a pledge today, the seventh anniversary of the Nugget's birth, to go old-school and post a nugget every day for the month of July. Wish me luck....
